Oversees projects from kick-off to post live. Track project progress using different applications such as Trello, Dapulse/Monday. Provide update to clients (daily & week-to-date) Follow up project development with team members daily and see potential roadblocks to meet deadlines and resolve them to avoid delays Do Quality Audit or QA on the work of my team member before showing to the client After we deliver work to the client, I also perform post-live survey to know any AFI (areas for improvement) for the team & our system
