Project Management

• Manage the scope of the projects using our issue tracker • Monitor the execution of the projects making sure the tracking information is up-to-date • Clarify requirements by discussing with the relevant stakeholders and documents the decisions • Monitor progress relative to milestones and deadlines and communicates the status to stakeholders • Coordinates releases producing release notes • Takes over the coordination of the communication around the project (status meetings, email groups, product management meetings and so on)
