My expertise lies in focusing quality management efforts throughout the organization/project, in an effort to attain desired outcome. I do this by establishing dashboard metrics concentrating on the critical characterisitics in each process area which ultimately exposes pertinent data in that area as product/service is completed. My efforts assume a documented QA Plan is already in place which aids in the monitoring and controlling of the work throughout the processes. This information is used as an indicator, identifying trends, # of defects, non-conformances in process, supplier quality, rework, scrap and the like.
