Experienced in preparing business plans, financing submission packages and providing strategic planning for both start-up entities and established companies. I am able to provide consulting services for all types of financing needs. Additionally, I have experience in real estate finance and am capable of underwriting all property types, structuring loans, negotiating business points in loan documents, overseeing loans, and performing loan workouts of problem debt. I have the ability to quickly analyze a project and give the client honest feedback and realistic expectations.  While much of my career has been in real estate finance, I am well-versed in all areas of finance and lending.
