I have a long career in project management for products and services across many market sectors. I can work with an existing project team or creating a new one. While I have plenty of industry experience in the financial services sector, I am also strong in marketing, product development, business management, finance, and customer service in other industries. I excel at working through internal projects using diplomacy and mentoring for existing employees showing resistance and candidates for professional growth. I have instituted PIMBOK procedures by developing Project Management Offices (PMO), Change Control Boards, and UI flows. Earned a Certificate in Project Management with full PMI required 35 hour credits from Villanova University. Excellent at utilizing human assets that includes assignments, strengths and weaknesses, mentorship, and scheduling of team members. I maintain strong communication flows sideways and vertically.
