I am a Manager of Reliability and Maintenance Engineering overseeing the sustaining mechanical design and machine maintenance departments production machinery improvements and implementing the RCM methodology to analyze machinery maintenance data to define and track key maintenance metrics and using the data for determining the upgrade and improvement of production equipment. I then implement project teams to accomplish the improvements. I work closely with the other managers and directors to support any issues that arise to overcome obstacle before they cause further issues. My qualities are: self-motivated, work with multiple project teams in a fast paced environment, Strong sense of urgency, Ability to execute quickly, Ability to manage multiple projects with strong decision making capabilities and risk analysis. My military background taught me to be a real team player, a leader, and to thrive for achieving the goals set by management under extreme conditions. I have the ability and knowledge to plan major projects, implementing the plan in a timely manner, and the ability to lead a team to creatively think out of the box to come up with genuine ideas and problem solving to implement, taking calculated risks and accelerate the project to completion. I have an Executive Certificate in "Leadership and Management" I earned from the University of Norta Dam with experience in department management, I earned a Project Management Certificate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master and an Advanced Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. I have earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from GBMP and have been certified for Lean Manufacturing from GBMP and have accomplished multiple Lean/Continuous Improvement and successfully completed many Lean Six Sigma projects. I have accomplished many large projects successfully on time and on budget. I have been training by la-Marsh Global and have implemented change control as well within the company. I have a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Product Design along with an Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Drafting and Design and many Engineering technical schools from the US Navy giving me deep insight into manufacturing
