- Served as COO for a telecommunications joint venture in Japan, leading acquisition of licenses and launch of broadband wireless services in the 5 largest Japanese markets. - Opened Latin American office and served as managing director for the $150 million Latin American division of a global construction firm. Directed business development efforts and managed projects that doubled revenue and tripled margins on implementation and construction activity. - Assisted in the development of business plans and PPM that resulted in wireless telecom company raising several million in venture capital. - Acted as vice president for new market launch for a start-up CLEC - coordinated market entry strategies and managed DSL network implementation. Rolled out 25 markets in less than 12 months and installed DSLAMs in 900+ telco central offices. - Project managed start-up of a joint venture in Brazil that successfully acquired a cellular license to build local, long distance and cellular
