I am an industrial engineer interested in growing as a leader, looking for challenges that can make me improve professionally. I worked as a VA for a couple of years and understood how entrepreneurs took care of their business. I always delivered so that they could be thinking in the big picture. While you think about strategy and main goals, I can take care of the tactics. 

With one year of experience as a Project Manager, I started to comprehend the complexity of processes and ways of keeping things coordinated, controlled, and delivered. I'm looking to increase my hours in a similar position as a remote project manager.

- Managing deliverables for data management projects (data collection tools) by making sure the team commits to their deadlines. 

- Communicating constantly with the partners and filling the team in regarding the different requests/changes. 

- Conducting thorough QA rounds so that the data management tools match the expectations from partners. 

- Communicating internally to report any bugs/errors in order to implement fixes depending on their priority levels. 

- QA of data files provided by partners (health organizations). - Basic ODK form coding when errors are found in text, relevances, and calculations; or changes within that scope are requested.

My time working on my degree plus my experience have made me able to understand both technical and theoretical topics. This balance is of great help, which is why I have an excellent comprehension of processes and makes me able to collaborate with an organization to increase its productivity.
