I was working as a Project Manager/Contractors Representative for "Rukungiri Water Supply and Sanitation Project" in Uganda. Previously I have completed two Water & Sanitation Projects as a Project Manager in Tanzania also. I am approved as a Project Manager for SGI Italy, Ministry of Water and Environment Uganda, World Bank, GKW Consult, Lahmeyar, AFD France, KFW Germany, Poyri Tanzania, Ministry of Water and Irrigation Tanzania, EIL India, MRPL India.Before that I was working In DR Congo as Sr. Manager Construction for a Mining Company. My total years of experience in 26 yrs and 15 yrs have been dedicated to Africa. I have expertise to work in challenging working conditions of Africa, especially when skilled manpower and construction equipment's are limited or inadequate. Also I have expertise in getting the optimum output from African manpower, by using several tailor made/innovative methods. I have experience to independently handle a site including Project Management, Construction Management, Technical, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Inventory management, Logistics, Finance, Taxation, MIS, Tendering, Costing, Project Planning, Contracts, Contract Communication & drafting, FIDIC, Liasioning, Administration, Environmental Health and Safety, Profit and Loss, Risk Assessment. I am proficient in English, Hindi, Swahili and French. I am a Civil Engineer (1993) Passed out. I have training of primavera, PMP, MSP etc. I am well versed with all the computer applications required for construction project.
