I have worked as a project manager offline and online. I started from the bottom as a Customer Service and Technical Representative where I was able to polish my customer service skills. Then was able to land as a Product specialist and Technical Trainer which enabled me to further develop my people skills and respect with other people’s cultural background. Tools I have been using to increase my productivity ang ensure 100% delivery on time or before time: I know a little bit of HTML, CSS, Java and PHP coding. Although I do not code, i can understand the code.
