Project management, as a profession, is both a science and an art, following a systematic process. The Project Manager (PM) needs constant interaction with Stakeholders, which will bring involvement from them as well as complete information to manage the project. In addition, the PM must keep documentation updated in order to have justification for each major action taken for future reference. Hence, the PM is responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project (Scope, Time, Resources, and Performance Specifications), following CSUEB Project Management Methodology (CSUEB PMM). The PM responsibilities are listed below, next to each of the phases of the CSUEB methodology.
