Backed by a MBA from the University of Leicester in UK, I have more than 3+ years of experience handling/managing software development teams. I am well experienced in business analysis, design, estimations, development, unit testing and time management of enterprise applications and mobile applications as well as have a sound understanding of the overall software development cycle. Having a technical background is considered as a plus point for my project management skills as I have a clear understanding of how the technical challenges/risks involved in the project work. I have played many leadership roles, especially as the team lead/technical lead of teams that have worked directly with foreign clients around the globe, onsite and offshore. Some of the clients I have worked with are Wipro and Microsoft India, QTel (Qatar), Oracle E-billing and Microsoft US Team for POC development, and Plumchoice. I also pursue strong communication skills, and I am a very responsible, accountable, self-motivated, analytical and dynamic person who is always prepared to take on new challenges. I am also very well experienced in conducting daily meetings/scrum online via tools such as Gotomeeting/teamviewer as well as using online PM tools such as Pivotaltracker.
