I was responsible for managing the operation of the whole division. I develop Team Leaders, monitors team's performance thru coaching mentoring and giving feedback, monitors real time issue affecting performance. I also create action plans for the whole teams, evaluate Team Leader's developments and performance, create reports of performance and other financial impacting issues, and identify team members for Performance Improvement Plan.
