6 years of service in total 11 years of experience as a Project Manager. Managed and mentored 20 team members at onsite and offshore of different countries at the same time viz., Indian team, Malaysian team and Chinese team. Worked as Single Point of Contact for UK, Chinese and Malaysian projects and delivered with zero defects leakage from UAT to Production within the time frame. Reason for achieving this was the project was divided into Unit Testing, SIT and UAT. In Unit testing apart from code testing by developers each module was thoroughly tested as each Component followed by Integration testing between modules and End to End testing which involved System Testing. During this testing review was taken place by the team termed as peer to peer, client review was also involved to avoid night mares at the end. Based on the client review comments test cases was modified and the testing was again performed in SIT. Hence the defects were captured and closed before proceeding to UAT.
