Experienced Project Manager with key expertise in PMO, change management, project scheduling, project cost analysis, stakeholder management, and project coordination. I have successfully managed and implemented key projects and solutions worth up to $2,000,000 and across 18 different countries. These projects include the implementation of a financial institution’s Core Banking Application Platform, Mobile Banking Application Solution, Email Moni Application Platform, Data Cleansing Initiative and more. These key contributions helped to improve the position of my current organization as an innovative major player in the growing digitized financial industry. In addition to the above, I manage the organization’s IT Project Management Office overseeing 60 active projects running concurrently across 18 different countries. In this role, I developed the SOPs for the department, created the operating framework and oversaw the implementation and adoption of a world class ‘Gartner recommended’ automated PMO solution - Daptiv. As a result of this implementation, we where able to improve project coordination, management visibility, investment decision making, project prioritization, and project accountability. In summary, these contributions increased the IT PMO department’s project maturity from a COBIT 1 level to a COBIT 4 level.
