As a construction manager, I oversee and allocate resources for various construction projects. I am skilled in both the technical skills required for the job and in leading and directing the team. My skills vary from residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and all other civil construction as well as telecommunication deployment. My key responsibilities as a project manager are overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
