I provide expert project and account management skills. With a background in leading teams I can oversee multiple ongoing projects, coordinating teams towards those project goals. I ensure effective communication is maintained with both the client and internal teams so that project objectives are clear at all times and to mange customer expectations. I also have a a background web development, so I bring in-depth knowledge to software and web development projects in particular with knowledge of client side and server side technologies, including HTML, CSS and database driven websites. I have strong problem solving skills, always seeking to put contingencies in place to ensure projects do not become derailed and remain on course to meet their deadlines and requirements. I have experience in drawing up project scope documents and creating estimates and quotes based on gathering requirements from the client. I also have strong skills in managing client expectations in what are viable project goals and where their expectations cannot realistically be met I will work with them to create effective alternatives.
