I am a Project Manager with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for process management and improvement, as well as a marketing automation specialist with over four years of experience managing InfusionSoft automation and then helping manage a transition to Netsuite and Marketo. During my time at Jay Geier’s Scheduling Institute, a small business consulting firm that caters to medical professionals, I researched, conceived and implemented a detailed management process for all incoming software development projects. By refining the project management process I transitioned our lean and fast paced team of developers away from a focus purely on project completion to one that prioritizes exceeding expectations and creating solutions that solve problems and fulfill purposes. Along with internal team process improvement, I also consulted with Product and Marketing Managers on project requirements building. I led them through discovery sessions focused on the intention behind their request and helped them define the project’s true requirements and success metrics. With a true sense of stewardship over the development team’s time and resources, I significantly improved the reputation of the team within the company and increased the utilization of the tools and resources that were built.
