Project Manager , Scrum Master , Technical Delivery Manager , Release Manager - Business Analyst, Agile • Understand business objectives and different systems tied to the Care First Large Group DVB project architecture including third party vendor systems like Group Re+, Benefit Focus, MetaVance by working with Care First architects and business analysts to Provide functional and technical guidance and introduce new automation tools and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness through Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). • Gather requirements from product owners and solution design teams and Identify all the new services and APIs that need to be created and list the services that need to be modified. • Involve in design and development of micro services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Cloud Stream, Cloud Foundry, AWS, and NoSQL in an agile environment • Analyze and resolve technical and application issues using Python, JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Cloud Foundry, AWS, Splunk, Kibana, Kafka, GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, BDD Cucumber, Serenity, Selenium. • Web services automation framework development using Python BDD Cucumber / JAVA Serenity BDD. • Actively participate in team planning exercises and thoroughly analyze business requirements, acceptance criteria, technical design documents, and estimating stories. • Work to identifying system interdependencies and how and when to implement the changes related to Care First’s Diversified Benefits project. • Key task involves certifying the application is fit for UAT and production cut over after the completion of System/ Integration/ Regression Testing and support User Acceptance Testing. • Anchor Daily Scrum Stand-up Calls, Sprint Planning, Sizing sessions, Backlog grooming, Sprint retrospective, Sprint Demo sessions and build the Scrum board and maintain it, to reflect updates from team. • Coordinates and ensures that the team completes their daily sprint level Test activities, including all their assigned tasks on the Task board. Track and communicate scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint/release progress. • Responsible for deployment and release planning activities, RRR (Release Readiness Review) to confirm the readiness of each completed release build. • Highlight and raise risks and concerns over quality of the application being tested with various stakeholders and ensure on-time and quality deliverables. • Analyze the enhancements requested by end customers and ascertaining feasibility of implementation thru triaging process with various stake holders. • Provide weekly status of various programs to management including progress and action plans for addressing risks/issues/changes. • Schedule meetings with business team, once validations are completed to review whether application is built as per expected business requirements before pushing the code to production. • Technical shakeouts - Post production validations once code is delivered to
