I graduated with my Ph.D. from the University of Iowa focusing on Machine Learning using genetic data and antibiotic compounds. I have led projects as diverse as avian migration, tracking West Nile spread, lab management systems for clinical data, and more! Throughout the process, I have acquired knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and algorithms. Also, I learned how to best work on diverse teams with varying levels of domain knowledge.
