Sometimes we have to get out of the box and apply the best of different methodologies together into a hybrid model, custom made for your business. We will then structure and set up the appropriate framework which will be the structural base of how projects will be run. Frameworks include establishing project processes, assigning roles, using the necessary documentation, establishing specifically required communication touch-points, and setting up tools and systems.
