As Project Planner in the development the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), input project activities, determining activity durations, and logic relationships, creating milestones to identify the start of work including activities that required constraints, monitored and updated of project progress on a routine basis against established scope, schedules and budgets, Identify critical activities and schedule variances that will put key milestone dates at risk and proposed remedial action plans. Communicate project status report to Project Management Team (PMT). Analyze and maintain all reported project activities emphasizing items such as Scope Variations, Slipped Tasks, Upcoming Tasks, and Actual Hours vs. Planned Hours. Organize and facilitate planning sessions for new projects and took care of re-planning for on-going projects as and when required. Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and ensured that all the changes and their impacts are accurately reflected in schedules. Monitor projects for adherence to schedule and for achieving milestones.
