I am responsible for the successful completion of projects within time, budget and scope. My responsibilities includes coordination with consultants to finalize design, freezing project budget and managing it in ERP, project planning using MSP and tasks allocation to the team using microsoft planner. I have analyzed different construction technologies (EPS 3D, LGS, 2D Precast, Volumetric construction, Coffer panels) for Indian climate and helped company share holder's to take decision to move forward with Precast and Modular (Volmetric) Construction Technology for Indian market. I have been working on precast projects and modular (volumetric) projects since last 5.5 years.
