? Prepare & Develop project schedule within BOQs, Drawings, and project documents using primavera. ? Revise and approve subcontractor schedules, co-ordinate with subcontractors' activities within the project scope, prepare master plans for every trade. ? Prepare recovery plans, catch up plans whenever needed. ? Prepare long lead items logs, submittals logs, and materials logs. ? Collect project progress data such as manpower rates, start and finish dates of activities, engineering submittals status, and site issues. ? Update & Compare actual data collected from the site with planned data in primavera. ? Make analysis and develop reports about project status using excel dashboard, manpower tracking sheets and primavera. ? Advice with Corrective or preventive actions to control project constraints such as schedule, cost, quality, and scope. ? Prepare monthly, and weekly progress reports to various parties such as project team, project manager, top management, and consultant. ? Attend internal weekly meetings with all project members to discuss and explain plans. ? Attend weekly meetings with consultant and client to monitor project progress. ? Review method of statements, and plans. ? Review Shop drawing for co-ordination issues. ? Review Quantity survey of items, prepare and review invoices and payments. ? Prepare and revise project claims (Cost & Time), item analysis, prices change reports and Etc. …. due to price changes or concurrency delays.
