Project Management:

               Primarily using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, the goal of project and construction scheduling is to ensure the efficient flow of financial, operational and managerial activities during complex projects with the help of curves and data output, that are generated, loading resources, costs, commodities and revenues. I help to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are kept and resources are allocated and managed effectively. I primarily assist clients (owners, contractors, and other teams) with developing and managing CPM schedules from baseline schedule generation to monthly schedule updates, ensuring the entire process is effectively managed to meet project and contract requirements.
