I am very fluent in English and I proof read and edit documents. Now for how long a document takes. A document that is 1 - 3 pages long it take me about 3 - 4 hours. Now if the document is about 5 - 8 pages long then it will take me 5 - 8 hours. For 10 - 20 pages it will take me 9 - 14 hours.
