I have a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and 10 years of experience working for nonprofit and for profit agencies. I specialize in working with children, behavioral therapy, and addictions. I love to learn and present technical information to others in a way that is understandable and relevant. I possess strong organizational and time management skills, and pride myself on being able to complete tasks efficiently. I am interested in freelance work that involves academic research and/or writing, literature reviews, online articles about topics pertaining to mental health, resume building and proof reading academic papers. My experiences as a mental health professional afford me the ability to quickly establish rapport and an understanding of how to capture others' attention, which I believe are necessary skills to be an effective writer.
