As a proofreader, my sharp eyes will catch typos, misspellings, and incorrect grammar and word usage. As a copyeditor, my goal is not to change a client's writing, but to smooth and polish it. I will make my client's writing flow better for their intended audience. I have taken the online course, Proofreading and Copyediting 101, from the Universal Class website. I completed it with a grade of 99%. I know how to use style guides and make style sheets. I'm also currently working for Distributed Proofreaders.
