I am well-versed in ADDIE, and utilize the experiential training methodology while integrating critical thinking development in all training courses that I create. Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Prezi, GoAnimate, and the MS Office Suite are the instructional design tools that I am proficient in. I effectively assess pre-training skills of trainees based on a rubric and develop a training plan for their improvement within a limited time frame. I have demonstrated effective training delivery by maintaining a consistent 90-95% pass rate for training classes handled and 85% throughput. Customer service metrics and sales metrics met within 30 days post-training. I uphold integrity, innovation, and commit to excellence in all that I do. Administrative tasks such as data encoding, tracking of results and progress, research and preparation of training materials are accomplished before deadlines.
