Proofreading is the final stage of the writing process when the paper is evaluated for mechanical correctness, such as grammar, punctuation, spelling, omitted words, repeated words, spacing and format, and typographical errors. So my job entails that once you have wrote everything out and have completly finished your project, essay, resume . etc i will then read over it word by word and correct or enhance the grammar and punctuation and detail of the following projects or essays you are giving. This makes the work so much more detailed and accurate.
