This is the very final yet entirely essential step before publishing. This is the waxing and buffing portion of the process. This is where I sift through the writing with a fine-toothed comb with a sharp eye, spotting the smallest typographical and mechanical errors such as spelling mistakes, extra or missing spaces, missing or double end punctuation and formatting issues in design and layout such as inconsistencies in margins, fonts, numbering, and so on. This step is what separates good copy from great copy!
