Assisting in organizing and routing various projects through different departments by utilizing project management software. May make electronic corrections and rearrange text under established formats and styles. Work with product teams, technical writers, and other proofreaders to communicate project status, provide relevant feedback, and ensure completion of projects. Assisting project managers and editorial teams with special projects as assigned. Prioritize and manage workload to meet project deadlines. Work in Excel, MS Word, and our content management system. Provide feedback to the Global Editing team to help share the development of policies, standards and procedures to ensure best practices.
