I am an engaging, dedicated, and detail-oriented proofreader with limited experience. I am a native English speaker and while I do not have much paid proofreading experience, I volunteered with Student Services while in college, proofreading essays for other students. I have a Bachelor's of Science from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. 

My proofreading services include verifying document formatting and errors such as formatting headers and footers, validating the number of pages in the document, word and table/picture formatting, and captioning. I focus on the accuracy of grammar, spelling, and punctuation, as well as the readability and flow of a document.  

I use Microsoft Office and enable the changes tracker so any modifications I make to any documents are recorded. I have strong communication skills and will keep clients notified of the progression of long-term projects.
