Service description: This Service provides our client with critical information consisting of: recorded deeds, plats, Block sheets (sewer, gas, water, storm water, etc.) for the purpose of producing accurate property lines, existing utility lines, and existing easements on Construction Drawings, Plats, and Maps. Service benefits: This service will take the burden of researching through countless deeds and plats and maps away from our clients. This process along could take an untrained person weeks to prepare. SCCC will provide this service in a fraction of that time, in turn saving our clients money.
