Added duties now include: ?Doing some part of New Tenant Moved-in ?Entering New Business into REST (Landlord/Property) with the following information such as Name, Salutation, phone number, postal address, bank details, and notes on the MAA agreement. ?Sending a request to our insurance provider for the landlord’s property and entering policy details in REST and forward to our accounts team for payment. ?Doing mail redirections as per MAA agreement or depends as per the email conversation of Property consultant and Landlord and create Action/Conversion Notes and reminder to make sure that this is following up by the Property Managers. ?Other tasks that are requested to do by our Onshore Team. ?New Business Tracker to check if all is correct. ?Management Takeover for tenants In the past year, I have distinguished myself with the following accomplishments: ?From one pioneer support, I’ve managed to grow the Offshore team into seven support people having different tasks. ?Improved efficiencies in the Property Management Onshore Team when it comes to New Tenants, New Landlord/Property, Mail Redirections, and Landlord Insurance. ?Contributed suggestions on how to have a better New Business listing checklist form ?Suggest inputs for Tenant Take-over ?Follow Property Manager’s request as per New Tenants Request. ?I’ve strived for excellence, continually adding value
