I'm Wendy and I have over twenty years of experience in the support, management and operations of office, industrial and residential buildings, working with some of Canada's largest real estate management organizations.
My experience as both a property manager and a property administrator enables me to assist property owners and investors with the efficient management of their properties/portfolio.
Some tasks that I can virtually assist property owners/investors with are:
• Setup, manage and maintain data in your property management software
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes
• Online marketing and leasing of available properties and processing of applications and rental leases
• Generate, review and analyze reports, including vacancy, rent rolls, aged receivables, budgets, accounts payable
• Processing of work orders, purchase orders and invoice payables/receivables
• Processing of all legal notices, forms and letters for delivery to tenants
• Review and update of all manuals, including SOPs, fire safety plans, tenant/employee manuals
• Posting rent and other charges to tenant ledgers and issue account statements to tenants
• Tenant communication and resolution of issues and complaints
• Any other tasks that would be a value add to your business
