I have remotely assisted real estate agents and property management companies with various task, as well as for my own personal use. Years ago, I owned rental properties. I am proficient with appfolio, propertyware, and property meld, and familiar with other property management applications. My duties as a property management assistant included but was not limited to tenant and vendor data entry, assisting with the leasing, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, tenant relations and maintenance request. Clerical duties included making payments to vendors, process resident rental payments and deposits, bookkeeping and financial data entry for use in maintaining property accounting records.
