I am a 40-year-old male Ugandan, a graduate of Bachelor of Development studies (Upper Class second) of Makerere University Kampala (2005) and a Postgraduate Diploma holder in Project planning and management of Gulu University (2009).
I have over seventeen (17) years’ work experience in both Program and project work with NGOs and International research projects in the health sector. During this time, I have also written a number of project proposals for funding.
Currently, I have written project proposals in the areas of Improving and accessing primary healthcare (Maternal and Child Health), Education (access to Vocational Training to youth and women) and Social economic development (Strengthening role of SACCOs in reduction of poverty). All these proposals are designed for implementation in any rural or urban settings.
Some of my competencies include, being able to work in teams, result oriented, planning strategically, organize and schedule activities to be able to efficiently perform the tasks. With my current experience, I will also be able to be a problem solver and be innovative in execution of the different duties.
