Wrote and edited MSTI, and partner company eHealth Objects, response to Commonwealth of Virginia, Information Technologies Agency, Electronic Health Records RFP for Virginia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services’ (DBHDS) 16 mental health hospitals and training facilities. Wrote the Supplier Profile Section that included the following subsections: performance standards methodology, past performances, corporate overviews, and companies’ strategic visions and plans. Edited the Functional and Technical Requirements Section submitted by eHealth Objects for its Electronic Health Records Software Suite. Response included another 61 questions posed by DBHDS and described as “open ended essay questions” that addressed additional requirements. Wrote American System’s past performance volume (five references) of a classified proposal to guide a Federal Government agency’s implementation of ITIL and ITSM procedures and methodologies. Edited and helped design technical, management, Organizational Conflicts of Interest, and security volumes. Managed the writing, editing and formatting of resumes for 76 key personnel positions for the CENTCOM Intelligence Support Services - Afghanistan (ISS-A) Contract, a win valued at $475 million for Mission Essential Personnel. Developed a resume tracking spreadsheet and coordinated resume submittals with partner companies. Worked closely with MEP intelligence subject matter experts to vet resumes and align candidates' qualifications to the statement of work position descriptions and specific education, experience, and security requirements.
