Our prototype construction process is built on a strong foundation of knitwear expertise, with a specialization in activewear and lingerie. Our fully equipped sample room supports a wide range of construction techniques, from traditional methods using overlock, straight stitch, merrow, coverstitch, flatlock, zigzag, blind hem, and bartack machines to cutting-edge innovations in functional fabrics and bonded technology, utilizing heat presses for bonded trims, seams, and materials. While knitwear is our focus, our experience extends to formalwear, bridal, military uniforms, and bags, allowing us to bring a broad skill set to every project. We personally construct, refine, and perfect each prototype in-house, completing up to three rounds in the base size between fit sessions to ensure each garment exceeds traditional proto expectations.
