This service is the fabrication and assembly of a small number of prototype circuit boards for development purposes. I have certain vendors I have cultivated over the years and have a very established, smooth and inexpensive process for making prototypes with them. Once fully assembled units are available, we will apply power and “smoke test” the boards for gross electrical faults and apply any manual reworks necessary to correct design flaws that are uncovered. At this point the boards are available for firmware development or, in the case where no firmware is involved, ready for testing and use.
