After 16 years working as a frontline medical practitioner, I let active practice and embarked on a career as a freelance writer. Since that time, I have complete several contracts for health related writing - with topics ranging from fatty liver to ADHD. My areas of particular expertise are eating disorders, including bariatrics. To that end, I have an undergraduate degree in human nutrition in addition to my MD and fellowship in psychiatry. In addition to blogs and short articles, I have also done work as a ghostwriter, helping an author add an additional 25,000 words to her weight loss manuscript. I myself have written on kindle book (Breaking the Diet Binge Cycle) and am currently co-authoring a technical manual related to landscape architecture.
