Based on my experience in NGO management, human rights activism and organisation of campaigns and events, I have a broad expertise of composing texts and documents, robust understanding of social issues and problems of international and human rights law. My experience at the International Organization for Migration, I am familiar with the UN system policies and can operate within its functions. I have started managing while working for Jessup Ukraine, which included fundraising, project writing, implementation and promotion at every stage. As a result of my volunteer involvement in NGOs I have gained the experience of collaborating with different types of stakeholders and learnt how to communicate with them to achieve results for my projects. I was also able to assist with the preparation of briefings, official letters, and speeches, for instance by producing a number of press releases accompanying the launch of the ‘Ukrainian Day on Parliament Hill’ event. I can also offer interdisciplinary expertise on graphic support. My extensive involvement in international projects contributing to civil society such as European Solidarity Corps strengthened my advocacy management skills while using artificial intelligence tools. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have been able to deliver excellent work as a result of my dedication and strong communication skills, the latter facilitated by my fluency in English and French.
