My responsibilities included managing the work on two of the largest infrastructure projects in the United States, the California High Speed Rail project, and a new state agency created to solve the states water problems the Delta Stewardship Council. For the California High-Speed Rail Authority, I managed 10 regional project segments and 72 regional consultants statewide.
