1. -To ensure the smooth functioning of the housekeeping activities, security, and reception. 2. Good Knowledge of Accounts 3. Experience in Accounting software 4. Sound Knowledge of statuary compliances 5. -Checks the manpower status of security & housekeeping first thing in the morning. 6. -In case of shortages, liaises with the security & housekeeping supervisors to get people. 7. -Trains the housekeeping and security staff whenever any new persons join. 8. -Checks up the grooming standards of the housekeeping & security staff. 9. -Ensures cleanliness of the store, basement, class rooms, school campus and fixtures, etc. 10. -Monitors the work of the security and housekeeping staff by ensuring that the prepared monthly. 11. Take interviews for staff recruitment 12. -Keeps store under surveillance at all points of time. 13. -Keeps a check of customer entry. 14. -Ensures safe custody of keys and maintains records of the same. 15. -Conducts fire-fighting training for Retail & Security staff
