Knowledge of procurement functions in medical devices Proficient in data entry and management MS Office software skills including Microsoft Outlook Knowledge in SAP ECC and S4 business experience Reconciliation of inventory/purchase orders Resolve purchase order discrepancies Create Purchase orders, scheduling agreements,RMA returns, receiving, shipment and data analysis. Communicates and email correspondence with vendors. Responsible for purchasing technical materials, soft goods and packaging materials for patient kits. Follow up with vendors for status of deliveries.
