I am expert in framing computer algorithms from mathematical descriptions or scientific articles. Computer codes are like my father tongue. I frame day-to-day tasks for myself in if-then or for-while loops, devise strategies and delegate work in life with OOP-inspired classes and functions.
When it comes to coding, I think, design and implement algorithms on the VS Code or Spyder IDE directly-- thinking and visualizing and writing in three different layers-- seldom needing pen and paper... but of course love documenting work neatly and lucidly once the code is established.
I started my career in coding 30 years back, in the small but world-famous Indian Statistical Institute at Kolkata. Graduating to an Engineer in my later life and earning a doctoral degree, I eventually remained in research for more than 20+ years.
I love taking up challenging assignments, designing new codes, debugging and moderating existing algorithm implementations to suit changed requirements.
