I have an experience in python programming language in the field of Data analysis and visualization. In python, I worked with python data structures, functions, libraries such as numpy and pandas and used them in scripting a generating project. In data analysis, I have worked on data gathering, assessing, analysis and visualization with descriptive reports associated with figures. In my way to do that, I imported libraries such as: the previously mentioned pandas and numpy besides tweepy, wptools, seaborn and os for reading and creating files. In data gathering, I can collect data from different flat files like: CSV, TSV or even text file. Moreover, I can download data programmatically using certain urls by requests method, web scraping through Beautiful soap or querying APIs. For data assessment, I could handle both quality and tidiness issues followed by data cleaning of each issue for producing high quality and connected data. I had the ability to save my data in the form of files from pandas or creating databases for each dataset. In Data analysis and visualization, I could use different statistical methods for extracting insights and supported by visuals. In addition to programming skills, I have other skills in chemistry and the field of computational chemistry.
