I specialize in web scraping using Python. I can use bs4, scrapy framework, requests/lxml, urllib/lxml, selenium with or without phantom js and to some extent phantomJs and and casperJs. However nowadays I use a custom framework written by a fellow freelancer to do my scraping. It is easy to use(much easier than scrapy) extendible, fast, and makes developing scrapers a joy. I can get and write the data you want to a multitude of storage facilities; csv, excel , databases, etc. If you want a job done good and cheap then I am your man!
