While my main field of work at this time is of quality assurance, I've been lucky to have had the opportunity to develop many skills in the areas of technical support and customer service. Growing up with a huge interest in technology and a passion for solving problems, I naturally found my place in the Technical Support and Quality Assurance field. This field has been my home for the past 10 years, and has developed and improved my analytical skills, while giving me the opportunity to find my way in the Hi-Tech world. During my time in this field, I have been lucky enough to interact and work closely with people in different positions such as marketing, community management and account management, which helped me greatly in bettering my people skills and leading great communications with my customers. In every company I've worked, I've had the great opportunity to widen my technical knowledge, which has allowed me to become an asset to my team in every position I've held.
